ABOUT

Hi there! I'm the interior designer and blogger behind 640 Square Feet.

During a trip with my parents to Savannah, Georgia in high school, I discovered the world of architecture and interior design. After an undergraduate experience in architecture, I focused my studies with a Masters of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design, returning to the place my passion for design began. While at SCAD, I completed thesis research about how to design a better college campus for an increasing population of students with Asperger's Syndrome.

My education confirmed for me what I already felt to be true - good design can create positive change. As a professional career, this understanding has permeated my work on workplace projects, retail design, and residential projects. I am currently working on my own apartment, documenting the slow but rewarding process of making 640 square feet feel like home. So happy you're here to follow along.

Cheers!
